Your data, your rights. You can request complete deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how.
What Data We Store
When you use Innovmech apps — including those connected via Facebook or Meta — we may store:
- Your name and Facebook/Meta user ID
- Profile picture and public profile information
- Email address (if provided during registration)
- Gameplay data, scores, and preferences
- In-app purchase history
- Device information and usage logs
How to Request Data Deletion
🔵 Option 1 — Through Facebook / Meta
- Go to your Facebook App Settings
- Navigate to: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find the Innovmech app in your list of connected apps
- Click “Remove” to disconnect the app
- Then send us a confirmation email (see Option 2) so we can delete your data from our servers
📧 Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name
- The email address or Facebook account linked to your account
- The name of the Innovmech app you used
📱 Option 3 — In-App (Where Available)
Some Innovmech apps include a “Delete My Data” or “Account Deletion” option in the Settings or Profile section. Where available, this will automatically initiate a deletion request.
What Happens After Your Request

Data We May Retain
In limited cases, we may retain data that is:
- Required by Egyptian law or regulatory obligation
- Necessary to resolve active disputes or enforce our Terms
- Anonymized or aggregated and cannot be linked back to you
We will inform you if any of these exceptions apply to your request.
Third-Party Data
Innovmech can only delete data stored on our own servers. For data held independently by Meta, Facebook, Google, or other platforms, please submit a deletion request directly to those platforms through their own settings.
